  I honestly cannot recommend Paul highly enough. I contacted several companies looking for help as a complete beginner and most immediately started talking about call-out fees and charges. Then Paul called me and instead of focusing on money, he genuinely just wanted to help. He patiently spent his own time going through photos and videos with me over the phone, explaining everything step by step, answering all my probably very basic questions, and helping me fix every issue I had. Not once did he rush me, make me feel stupid, or try to push unnecessary work or costs. After all the time and expertise he gave me, I even offered to pay him and he completely refused, saying he was just happy we managed to solve the problem. That level of honesty, patience and kindness is incredibly rare nowadays. Absolutely brilliant human being and outstanding service.

  Paul is such a lovely man, super efficient, extremely helpful, I came from France to drop my machine telling him I was going to see my daughter for three weeks in Dubai, so no rush, obviously due to circumstances couldn't go, he had my machine serviced and a bit replaced within 4 days ready for my trip home to France. Highly recommend.

  I called late on Friday and by Monday lunchtime Paul had repaired out sewing machine while social distancing. Very professional, good communication and reasonably priced. Thank you

  The best sewing machine service around the South East! Paul answered my call straight away, he was friendly and informative and gave me a clear timeline of how long it would take to service my machine. He offered a pick up and drop off service from my house and back to my local sewing shop as I wasn't home which was incredibly helpful. My machine is running perfectly again and looks like new. I've used other machine repairs around the area and they were frankly incomparable to Paul, in terms of price, time scale and great service. I will continue to use his service and recommend highly!
